General Rules:
Half-Way Jam festival patrons attend at their own risk and thus the owners, managers, promoters, sponsors, or others associated with this event assume no liability whatsoever.
Half-Way Jam is not responsible for any lost or stolen items from either the festival grounds or the campgrounds. Please keep all personal items with you or locked in your vehicle at all times.
Half-Way Jam is not responsible for any injuries obtained on the Halfway Jam premises. This includes but is not limited to the festival grounds, the campground or the parking lots.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
CONCERTS WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE.
Half-Way Jam is not responsible for any lost, stolen or forgotten tickets or wristbands. Wristbands are the sole responsibility of the festival patron and will not be replaced if lost or damaged.
Wristbands are non-transferable. Anyone found wearing the wrong wristband will be fined up to $500.00 and escorted of the premises.
FULL BAR AVAILABLE IN VIP ONLY! ONLY BEER AND VARIOUS CANNED & PLASTIC BEVERAGES WILL BE SOLD AT THE FESTIVAL BARS OUTSIDE OF VIP. NO HARD LIQUOR.
YOU MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO CONSUME ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ANYWHERE ON THE HALFWAY JAM PROPERTY. This includes the festival grounds, campgrounds and parking lots.
Half-Way Jam practices a zero tolerance underage drinking policy and reserves the right to ask for valid government issued photo Identification at any time regardless of the wristband displayed. Any patrons found to be under the legal drinking age will be escorted of the premises and may be turned over to local authorities.
Any patrons found to be breaking any laws while on the Half-Way Jam premises will be immediately escorted of the premises and turned over to local authorities. These infractions include but are not limited to Underage consumption, theft, assault, public indecency or drug dealing.
Absolutely no golf carts or All Terrain Vehicles (ATVS) will be allowed on the Half-Way Jam premises. The Management reserves the right to confiscate and store any such vehicles until the festival is over.
Absolutely no pets will be allowed on the Half-Way Jam premises. This includes the festival grounds, campground and parking lots.
Absolutely no guns allowed on the Half-Way Jam premises, with or without a permit. This includes the festival grounds, campground and parking lots.
Parents are strongly discouraged from bringing young children to this event.
No food or beverages may be brought onto the festival grounds.
Half-Way jam does not permit video taping of any kind in the concert area or on the festival grounds.
No reproduction of the festivals name or logo will be tolerated. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
No audio recording of the concerts will be allowed.
Any infraction of the above rules will result in immediate removal from the Halfway Jam premises. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Campground Information and Rules:
NO TAILGATING
The Half-Way Jam campground is located in a secluded and beautifully wooded area and will open at 5:00pm on Friday, July 18, 2008. There will be a $15.00 per campsite fee from July 18 thru July 23, 2008.
There is 24 hour security/medical staff available starting Thursday, July 24, 2008 at 3:00pm.
Maui showers will provide hot, private showers to campers for a fee.
Excessive noise is not allowed in the campgrounds. Campground quiet time is from 2:00 am until 7:00 am each night. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED! PLEASE no loud music or generators after 2:00 am.
ONLY PATRONS WITH THE DESIGNATED CAMPING WRISTBAND WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE CAMPGROUNDS. This means no visitors will be allowed in the camping area unless they have purchased a camping pass. NO EXCEPTIONS!
No saving of campsites for late arrivals will be allowed. Patrons wishing to camp with a group in one general area should arrive together.
Only ONE vehicle per campsite will be allowed. All other vehicles will be parked in the festival parking lot for the weekend. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!
No open fires are allowed in the campgrounds unless they are in a self-contained ring. PLEASE DO NOT DIG FIRE PITS!
No kegs, beer bongs, drugs or weapons are allowed in the campgrounds.
NO GLASS CONTAINERS in the campgrounds.
Garbage bins are located throughout the camping area. They will be emptied daily. PLEASE USE THEM! Please respect the area and leave it as you found it when you arrived.
